Anuradha Kumar is an HR Leader with 20+ years of experience in strategic business partnering, leading talent acquisition. She has worked on creating strong relationships built on understanding business drivers to shape and enable the People agenda.

She is currently the Head HR, Global Innovation and Technology Centre, Chennai and Global HR Business Partner. She is responsible for development and implementation of the People plans, in partnership with the Leadership teams. Anuradha Kumar joined AstraZeneca in 2016. She led the Talent Acquisition team until 2019 and was instrumental in defining and executing the Talent Acquisition strategy, establishing structure, processes, and governance. Anuradha has driven brand recognition programs by leveraging social media to attract and retain a very talented workforce.

In addition to her core role, she has been a champion for crusading ‘Inclusion & Diversity’ and involved in initiatives that has helped the organization to be amongst the Top 100 for the ‘Best Companies for Women’ , Great place to Work for and Most Inclusive Organizations for last 5 years in India.
