As the Global Head of Novartis Corporate Centers and Business Solutions, Naveen is focused on enabling the Novartis strategy through the advanced capabilities and specialized skills of the Global Business Solutions teams, and the immense talent of 12000 +Corporate Center associates spread across Czech Republic, India, Ireland, Malaysia, Mexico City and Slovenia. 

With about 30 years of experience, Naveen’s career spans across business services, transformation, finance and technology, in diverse industries including pharma, financial, technology and consulting. He has held various leadership roles in Asia, the Middle East and Europe.  

He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification, trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a graduate from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He has also completed leadership programs from INSEAD and Tuck Business School.  

Naveen is passionate about innovation, making a difference in organizations, and helping people grow. He loves the outdoors – golf and sailing in particular, enjoys reading literature, and spending time with his family and friends.
