Rohit has over 25 years of diverse experience in the Financial Services Technology landscape. He joined Fidelity in 2011 and has since held a range of responsibilities in its Technology and Operations function working across business units – Investment Solutions and Services (ISS) and Global Platform Solutions (GPS) – building and running some of the largest platforms and niche capabilities at Fidelity.

Rohit joined the COO function in early 2021 and ran core Operations as a Shared Service across channels in Fidelity. He was instrumental in shaping the cross-functional teams thought process and build out.

In 2023, Rohit was appointed the Head of GPS Platform Delivery and is focused on transforming Technology as a platform.

Rohit has an additional role and is the India Site Head where he is responsible for the smooth functioning of the site and the evolution of its talent agenda that’ll help accelerate Fidelity’s ambitions.

Before joining Fidelity, Rohit worked with Sapient, McAfee and Infosys working primarily in asset management, hedge funds and the broader Financial Services space, working on core Technology, in India and the US.

Rohit holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi and an executive MBA from MDI Gurgaon with a major in Finance.
