Sathyan works as an AI Strategist/Architect, as an intersection between executive vision, AI engineering teams, business teams and operations. His 23+ years of deep expertise includes developing solutions for production level AI, assessing enterprises for AI readiness, building AI/ML CoE, AI engineering practices and building AI/GenAI platforms using self-hosted – open source based solutions/LLM’s for large scale enterprises. 

Sathyan is also the regional India lead for AI engineering service line. His responsibility includes building AI accelerators for digital public goods businesses working with sales and technical teams and for public sectors in India, APAC, UK and US.  He is a thought leader in AI engineering space and he advises companies on increasing ROI’s by means of value engineering frameworks, AI powered decision factories [ Active and RF learning], Self-hosted AI products with ML and GenAI as foundational layers,  data as a product, data Mesh/fabrics, MLOps, LLM Ops.   

Sathyan is one of the official reviewers for “Platform for Responsible AI”.  He is also contemplating topics with regards to writing a book on AI Engineering.
