Ajit Varma, Co-founder and CEO of BrandMusiq, is a respected leader with a diverse and impactful career in advertising & international business.  

 His enduring partnership with Rajeev goes back many years, beginning when they were partners at Clarion/Bates.  

With over 23 years in advertising, Ajit’s career took him across borders as he took on pivotal roles, including Managing Director at JWT in Jakarta and APAC Director for Lux in Bangkok. These roles solidified his expertise in brand strategy and cross-cultural communication, equipping him with unique insights into the regional and global markets. 

After his time in advertising, Ajit transitioned to the non-profit sector, where he led the India operations of the international NGO, Operation Smile and quickly Program Head for Asia, overseeing programs across multiple countries.
