Piyush is a stalwart in Corporate Real Estate Industry with an impressive track record of taking new challenges and bringing pathbreaking outcomes.  

Piyush is presently Managing Partner of ANJ, a fast growing Indian Corporate and a leading name in Office Interiors and Design & Build Industry. ANJ has a rich history of forty years with impressive track record of delivering India’s finest offices across all major cities and has the most modern manufacturing plant in India. ANJ has delivered more than 100 million sqft of offices, and has been partner to most of the leading MNCs in their growth story in India. Under Piyush’s leadership ANJ is bringing-in new technologies in construction and project management, with high focus on designing and constructing state-of-art offices, hotels, hospitals across India.         

A professional who started his journey post Mechanical Engineering as an entrepreneur and developed new products in power generation industry, Piyush went to Indian School of Business (ISB, Hyderabad) for his MBA to pursue higher exposure and learning. Post ISB, he joined JLL, a top-ranking International Property Consultant and led and incubated diverse businesses and divisions. In his last role, he was Head of Strategy, JLL Work Dynamics, India.  

Piyush is a known name as a speaker on industry forums across India on diverse topics and has deep passion for growth of real estate industry and emerging trends. He has been Jury member for multiple industry awards and is a regular participant as moderator / panellist on Panel discussions.
