Vikash is a highly accomplished business leader and has had a successful track record of leading country-level operations with wide-ranging regional roles in the logistics industry.

In a career spanning more than two decades, Vikash has been associated with two of the biggest names in the logistics industry – TNT (Fed Ex) and CEVA Logistics and has gained deep understanding and comprehensive experience in developing and running end-to-end logistics for customers. He has held responsibilities for managing finance, business advisory, procurement, and general management, leading large teams in the Asia Pacific region, Middle East and Africa, including holding operational responsibility for the Indian subcontinent and Malaysia.

He is recognised for his customer centric approach, thought leadership, change management advocacy while managing multi-country complex organizations and team structures.
