Sri Atul Gupta is Executive Director(Optimisation) of  Indian Oil  Corporation Limited.

He is B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Institute of Technology, BHU, Varanasi and MBA from University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

With over 36 years of professional experience in various functions of Marketing Division of Indian Oil viz. Field Operations, Infrastructure Development, SAP Implementation he is now heading the Supply Chain Optimisation group.

His team is presently designing and managing the End-to-End Supply Chain of Indian Oil which involves Analysis of Crude Oil Demand, Evaluation, Procurement, Refining Processes, Logistics of Finished Products till product placement at Customer touch points. The entire activity utilizes High End analytical tools for Demand Forecast, evaluation of Crude Oil requirement and Refinery Runs, Product Planning and Distribution.
