Ajay comes with 23+ years of experience in the talent acquisition and talent management space in the IT industry. He heads talent acquisition of Siemens Healthineers in the APJ Region. Prior to that was instrumental in growing Carelon from 4600 to a 23000 people company in 2 years’ time which also happens to be the fast-growing GIC in India. Ajay has also been key in setting up recruitment operations in more than 40+ countries in his career and been associated with brands like Carelon, Concentrix, UST and IG Index. He is known for his ability to meet hiring targets and as a people manager who has handled teams of more than 90 people. He is passionate about DE&I and has supported multiple companies in India to set up the process. ​
