Anoop Hiwalay is TA Director for Greater India and runs the critical priority hiring the world-class talent for the Company. Under his stewardship, India TA team hires close to 4500 people/Annually and plays a vital in building the organization. 

Experience: 

Anoop brings in close to 18 years of well-rounded HR experience with deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Business partnering, HR Transformation and Employer branding space.  Prior to working with Schneider Anoop worked with Jio where he was heading the Talent Acquisition for all Product engineering businesses and was critical in Starting/Scaling up businesses as diverse as AI, Cloud, Fashion & Lifestyle, Grocery, Media, HealthTech partnering closely with CTOs and Group President of Technology. Before Jio, Anoop worked in Software Product, Banking, Start-up ecosystem with companies viz Ola Mobility, HSBC Bank, Microsoft, Patni computers across gamut of HR and brings in strong international experience working with stakeholders and business leaders globally. He is passionate about areas viz D&I, HR Tech, Mental wellbeing and is also an active Mentor/Advisor to new age HR Tech companies.  

Education: 

Anoop completed his MBA in Human Resources from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 2004 and worked in different cities before settling down in Bangalore, a city which he has called home for last 10 years.
