Shiv is passionate about driving transformative change and organizational success by crafting and executing strategies for sustainable growth and excellence. He has consulted large organizations across the globe from various business sectors – Oil and Natural Gas, Utilities, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals etc. Shiv currently leads Human Resources at Merck India, a leading Science and Technology company and is based in Bangalore, India. In the past he has worked with diverse organization like – Lowe’s Inc, Wells Fargo Bank, Wipro Technologies etc. He is also a champion of Responsible Diversity and Inclusion, believing it to be a strategic imperative that unlocks untapped potential and drives creativity and adaptability. In his current role, Shiv serves as the country sponsor of the “I am Proud” ERG. He holds a post-graduate degree in HR and L&D, and he is proud to be a Wharton School-certified expert in Talent Strategy. Additionally, his credentials as a PROSCI change practitioner, and AON-certified Total Rewards specialist enable him to lead seamless organizational transformations. He is a PCC certified coach from the International Coaching Federation.
