Praveen is the Managing Director and Lead for Recruitment for Accenture Operations business in India. In this role, Praveen is responsible for leading the Talent attraction strategy for Accenture Operations business in India. Being a recruiter himself, Praveen has an unwavering passion for his people and is focused on enabling business growth by recruiting the best of the talent by providing them with a world class recruiting experience.

Prior to this role, Praveen worked with organizations like Capgemini & IBM. He has held numerous HR leadership positions, supporting different facets both locally and globally.

Praveen is a strong advocate of ensuring Accenture to be an equal employment opportunity player in India. His recruitment strategy focuses across all segments of the society like Gender diversity, Economically weaker section of the society, Veterans, etc.

He enjoys coaching young people and budding leaders. He partners and work with quite a few organizations like Enable India, Vshesh, Giftabled & Atypical to provide opportunity for people with disabilities.

Praveen has a loving, family including her daughter & wife, who have been his pillars of strength & support. He enjoys sports, in particular badminton & squash that gives him an adrenaline rush. He has been an active member of core committee that hosts lot of community events/festivals.

His holds a Mechanical Engineering Diploma and an MBA in Finance from Training & Advanced Studies in Management & communications Ltd.
