SriKartik Sayana is the Director -Talent Acquisition at Meesho and is responsible for designing and implementing recruiting strategies for the company. He leads the strategic and operational planning and execution of all recruitment activity.
SriKartik’s expertise lies in supporting key business areas within Meesho and enable growth through efficient and effective hiring of critical skills for various verticals for the company.
As an HR professional, SriKartik has over 10 years of diversified experience in talent acquisition, leading teams in designing and delivering strategic recruitment programs, processes, procedures or policies. Also, he is adept in using recruitment tools and channels to successfully meet business requirements and organizational goals which helps to increase ROI and productivity.
Prior to his current role, he was associated with renowned companies like Practo and Uber. He is an alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and pursued his MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Edith Cowan University, Australia.
