Mohit Dhingra
Managing Director, Hyderabad, Bristol-Myers Squibb

Mohit Dhingra has been with Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) since 2023. As managing director at BMS Hyderabad and site leader, Mohit played a pivotal role in launching the Hyderabad location in February 2024 and is responsible for setting the strategic direction for BMS Hyderabad and aligning the various functions and business teams. He is focused on transforming BMS Hyderabad into the preferred destination for top-tier talent and accelerating the delivery of life-saving medicines to patients.

In his role as vice president and head of Business Insights & Technology, Mohit is responsible for building and leading the India IT organization. “I am excited about the opportunities to deliver cutting-edge digital technology solutions and guide crossfunctional teams in developing innovative solutions that will accelerate the development of medicines and enhance patient experience,” Mohit said.

With over 24 years of leadership experience, Mohit has been instrumental in driving digital transformation and agility across various industries and geographies. He has built multiple teams and sites across the U.S. and India, from the ground up. Prior to joining BMS, Mohit played a key role in supporting Bank of America’s growth story in India, serving as the CIO/CTO for the Global Business Services organization. During his tenure, he also led the Innovation and CSR charter for the unit and oversaw global delivery from India. Mohit has also worked at Prudential, Informatica Corporation, and JP Morgan Chase.

Based in Hyderabad, Mohit holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Osmania University and an M.S. in computer science from Oklahoma City University. He has won several awards, including four CIO100 awards, a CSO100 award, a Stevie Gold Award, and Brandon Hall Awards for Excellence in Innovation.

Managing Director, Amgen India

Naveen Gullapalli is the Managing Director of Amgen India. He leads the Amgen India technology and innovation site in Hyderabad leveraging his extensive experience leading global operations and adjoining functions across the pharmaceutical, finance and technology industries.

Prior to Amgen, Naveen led the development of Novartis’ Global Center in Hyderabad and their network of six centers across the world where he was instrumental in driving strategic growth and innovation for the enterprise. His deep experience in developing specialized skills and enabling business transformation aligns closely with Amgen’s vision for its Hyderabad site as a global technology and innovation hub.

With about 30 years of experience, Naveen’s career spans across business services, transformation, finance and technology, in diverse industries including pharma, financial, technology and consulting. He has held various leadership roles in Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification, trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a graduate from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He has also completed leadership programs from INSEAD and Tuck Business School.
