Selection Process

The nominee must be a registered medical practitioner with a valid license to practice in India.
Evidence of high patient satisfaction, ethical conduct, and clinical transparency.
Should have played a pivotal role in leading medical teams, departments, or healthcare institutions toward excellence.
Contributions to medical research, publications, or industry associations (e.g., IMA, Deans, or HODs) will be highly considered.

The research partner will identify prominent medical figures based on peer reviews, hospital recommendations, and industry citations.
Doctors or their affiliated healthcare organizations can submit nominations through the official event website.
Nominations will be assessed based on the candidate’s clinical authority, adoption of modern medical standards, and ethical leadership.
A select group of visionary leaders will be shortlisted for their contributions to India’s “Healthy Future”.
Shortlisted leaders will be honoured during the ET Edge Best Healthcare Leaders 2026 ceremony in Mumbai.
Their professional journey and vision will be showcased in the ET Edge Best Healthcare Leaders Coffee Table Book: Care You Can Trust.
