Gaurav is a seasoned IT leader with over 25 years of experience having played pivotal roles at IBM, ITC Infotech, TCS & Polaris. He has been associated with GCCs since 2005. At Anlage he is charting the course to drive exponential growth to take it into a new orbit – both by scaling engagements with existing GCCs, and Incubating new GCC setups with innovative new constructs. He leads all aspects of business including P&L, Strategy Formulation & Implementation, Customer Acquisition & Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Operations.

In his previous role Gaurav was SVP & Head of GIC India & APAC at ITC Infotech where he led large teams, prior to that he was a key member of IBM’s GCC practice, and previously he headed India GCC Sales for Polaris. A trusted C-suite Advisor with truly global experience – he has lived across 3 Continents with stints in the US, Canada, Europe & Japan that add a unique perspective to his understanding of Offshoring, Outsourcing, Insourcing & Product Development.

He keenly follows the AI space as an evangelist – being associated with AI since 2015. While he has worked across industries – having worked on Wall Street he understands the BFSI domain closely, and is an MBA & a Mechanical Engineer by education.
