1. These Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to ‘Terms of Use’ and ‘Privacy Policy’ published at https://et-edge.com/policy/, hereinafter collectively known as “Terms”) are electronic record generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
2. Fees are inclusive of online program materials. Registration fee in full (“Fee”) shall be due and payable at the time of submission of this online form through RTGS/NEFT in favour of “Times Strategic Solutions Ltd.” only. Cash payment is not acceptable. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received in advance. Any delay in the payment by due date shall attract interest @18% p.a.
3. Provided the Fee has been paid, substitutions up to 14 days before the Event date are allowed at the discretion of TSSL, Provided, substitute is from same company and subject to payment of administration charges @ 10% of the Fee. The fee paid under this form is not refundable under any circumstances. Non-payment or not attending the Event, does not constitute cancellation and liability of the client for payment shall still subsist, once duly filled form is submitted to TSSL.
4. TSSL reserves the right to change Event date or time, if necessary. In such situations, no refunds, part refunds shall be made. In case is not postponed nor merged with another Event but is postponed, the Delegate shall receive a credit note for the amount that the Delegate has paid, valid for up to six months to be used at another Event of TSSL. No refunds/ part refunds shall be made. In such case, TSSL shall not be responsible for any cost incurred by the Delegate towards the travel, etc.
5. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR):

• All IPR in all materials produced or distributed by TSSL in connection with this Event are solely owned by it and any unauthorized duplication, publication, and/or distribution is prohibited.
• TSSL takes photographs, audio and videos of the Event, which might also reflect your presence. TSSL reserves the right to use this in its promotional materials in print, electronic, TV and other media, TSSL website & social media platforms. Delegate confirms that it has consented to TSSL using his/her video/ picture captured during the Event.

6. Delegate confirms that it has consented to TSSL retaining Delegate’s information on TSSL’s database to be used by TSSL & its group companies and passed to selected 3rd parties, to assist in communicating products and services which may be of interest to Delegate. If Delegate wishes to stop receiving such information, please inform TSSL on delegate@et-edge.com.
7. TSSL shall not have any liability, if it is prevented from or delayed in performing its obligations due to happening of any force majeure event. TSSL at its sole discretion:
• Change the on-ground Event to an online Event and/or
• May organize a mixed (on-ground and online) Event to ensure all eligible participants attend the Event.
8. TSSL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. TSSL shall not have any liability under this engagement, except as expressly agreed in writing.
9. Notwithstanding anything contained in any other documents, the Terms mentioned herein shall supersede any other agreements/ documents signed between the parties.
10. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of India and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
11. TSSL reserves the right to alter, add or amend any of these Terms.
12. Right to admission of Delegate in the Event shall be subject to Delegate adhering to the law of land and rules and regulations of Event Premises.
