Malahar has a proven track record of establishing and scaling GCCs for industry leaders such as
Ecolab, PFS, Digi-Key Electronics, and Callaway Golf. He also served as Senior Vice President of Technology & Managing Director at SMC Squared, a firm specializing in building world-class Global Capability Centers. His leadership in launching Ecolab’s digital innovation center in India further showcases his expertise in assembling and nurturing top-tier technology teams.
