Rajesh Bharatiya is the co-founder and CEO of PEOPLEFY, an award-winning Talent Solutions firm. Peoplefy has a successful track record of 17+ years in the recruitment industry. Peoplefy has helped 100+ GCC/GBS centres across India to scale up on Talent front. 

Rajesh is also a HR Tech Innovator. He is a strategic advisor to HR Tech firm iTrace. 

Before his role as CEO at Peoplefy, Rajesh served as Head of Human Resources at Vertex Software (now an NTT Data Company). 

Rajesh was a software Engineer in his earlier life who fell in love with the beautiful field of Human Resources. Prior to joining NTT Data, Rajesh worked in Global Software Product & Services organizations in the United States of America developing software products for HR domain. 

Rajesh has earned his B.Tech. degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology – KHARAGPUR, India. 

Rajesh has interests in Music (singing), Travel and he is a hard core foodie.
