She has been working on advising clients on their HR processes, HR Technology Roadmap, selecting the right product for their requirements, transforming HR and helping clients continuously optimize and innovate through use of Gen AI/ML solutions. She has been involved in transformation programs involving HR Solutions such as SAP On-premise, SuccessFactors, Fusion, Degreed, CornerStoneOnDemand and Workday for clients across various industry and sectors.
