Climate change is one of the most pressing global challenges of our time. It is a problem that threatens our planet’s ecosystems and the very survival of mankind. It is the fact that global temperatures rose about 1.98OF (1.1oC) from 1901 to 2020 and are set to rise by 1.5 degrees Celsius in the not-to-distant future. It is understood that despite this increase in temperature, there are other challenges like sea-level rise, changes in weather patterns like drought and flooding and much more.
