Jaydeep Sathaye is a Partner with ERM India and is based out of the Gurgaon office. He has 26+ years of environmental consulting experience for business and government, in India and the USA. Jaydeep is experienced in assessing and addressing the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks arising from climate-change related impacts and legacy liabilities, especially those related to water and land.  He has also led a vast number of transaction advisory EHS and ESG assignments across sectors, key ones being chemical & pharmaceutical, oil and gas, and manufacturing. Over the past few years, he has assisted clients with concerns and opportunities around Circularity, across resources and waste streams, at corporate as well as facility level. He is experienced with institutional policies, corporate policies, ESG frameworks, and national/global commitments towards ESG.
