The 10x Marketer: Winning the Connected Customer with Agentic Marketing

Overview:

The gap between connected customers and enterprise marketing stacks is an intelligence and agency problem, not a channel problem. Customers arrive pre-shortlisted and pre-opinionated, and move continuously between digital and offline. Most stacks still respond with fixed-logic campaigns, batch execution and personalisation that lags intent by hours.

The 10x Marketer closes the gap by working differently, not by doing more. Agents observe signals, decide next-best actions and execute individualised journeys in real time. Marketers stop operating campaigns and start architecting growth.

The session brings together CMOs and senior digital leaders from Ecomm & Retail, BFSI and DiMi to answer one question: what does it take to become a 10x Marketer over the next 18 months, and who is building toward it today?

Theme Rationale:

Human judgement and agent capability in coordination, not competition. That is the 10x Marketer model. With agents running 10x the campaigns, 10x the segments, and delivering fully individualised journeys without 10x the headcount, the marketer’s role shifts from campaign operator to growth architect.

The gap shows differently by sector:

  • Ecomm & Retail: Retention and lifecycle where batch logic fails the repeat buyer.
  • BFSI: Customer Value Management and renewals where intent signals expire faster than campaigns can respond.
  • DiMi: Real-time intent and engagement gaps, where high-intent digital interactions fail to translate into conversions, subscriptions, bookings, or repeat engagement due to fragmented customer journeys and delayed personalization.

Three sector buckets. One shift. One question this room will answer together.

This series is a precursor to the Netcore flagship event in November 2026, where the conversation deepens into Human + Agent collaboration, Autonomous Journeys, Insight to Action, Beyond Segments, and Agentic Commerce.

The Imperative: Why Now

Agentic AI in marketing is no longer early-adopter territory. The numbers confirm that the window for first-mover advantage is open, but it will not stay open.

34% of enterprise marketing teams now run at least one autonomous AI agent in production, more than double the 14% reported in Q4 2025. The pace of adoption is doubling within quarters, not years.
87% of marketers are using generative AI in at least one recurring workflow as of Q1 2026, up from 51% in Q1 2024. Yet fewer than a third are using AI for high-value agentic capabilities such as autonomous brand governance, predictive campaign optimisation, or self-adjusting personalisation.
Businesses using AI agents report 3–15% revenue uplift and up to 37% cost savings in marketing operations, with sales ROI rising 10–20%.
29% of attempted AI agent deployments are abandoned within 90 days, with poor data infrastructure, unclear process ownership, and governance gaps cited as the primary failure modes.
71% of marketing leaders who adopted AI tools in 2024–2025 report positive ROI within six months but 51% of marketers still cannot measure AI investment ROI, pointing to a critical gap between deployment and accountability.
The technology is not the constraint. The constraint is strategy, governance, and sequencing. That is what this room is here to work through.

Purpose:

An invite-only, closed-door C-suite Think tank discussion enabling India’s senior marketing and digital leaders to:

  1. 1
Confront the connected customer gap honestly why multichannel presence and more martech have not solved it, and what intelligence and agency actually require.
  2. 2
Examine how the 10x Marketer model works in practice with agents handling real-time decisioning and individualised execution, and human judgement retained where it matters.
  3. 3
Compare notes across sectors identifying which agentic marketing patterns travel across Ecomm, BFSI, and DiMi, and which are sector-specific.
  4. 4
Stress-test the readiness diagnostic: how close is each organisation to becoming a 10x Marketing function, and what is the first unlock.
  5. 5
Walk away with a practical view of what is real, what is hype, and what is load-bearing in agentic marketing today.

Why Attend:

Hear how peer CMOs are building toward the 10x Marketer model and what agentic marketing looks like when it is actually operational.

Cross-sector peer learning: see which omnichannel and agentic patterns travel across categories, and which ones are sector-specific.

Cut through the noise get a working enterprise view of what is real, what is hype, and what is load bearing.

Walk away with a practical readiness diagnostic: how close is your organisation to becoming a 10x Marketing function, and what is the first unlock.

7:40 PM – 8:40 PM Think Tank DiscussionDiscussion

Cross-sector, moderated Think tank discussion. Guided prompts sequenced from observation → diagnosis → commitment.

Key Discussion Points:

  • Why multichannel presence has not closed the gap — and what it takes to build true omnichannel intelligence with a single decisioning layer across channels
  • What unified, real-time customer data actually needs to look like — and why most enterprise stacks are not there yet
  • How the 10x Marketer is made possible with agents: running 10x the campaigns, 10x the segments, and fully individualised journeys — without 10x the headcount
  • What autonomous, individualised journeys require beneath the surface — and where they break at scale
  • How human marketers and intelligent agents share the work: what stays human, what is handed off, and how CMOs are sequencing the shift without breaking existing revenue engines
