Terms & Conditions

1. Entries can be submitted by professionals aspiring to be CIO in future (hereinafter referred as “Applicant”). ET Edge NEXT 100 (“Event”) is organised by Times Strategic Solutions Limited. (“Organiser”).
2. All mandatory fields of the Application form need to be completed in all respects; else the application may be disqualified from participation.
3. The Applicant declares that the details furnished are correct and complete. The authenticity of submitted contents is the sole responsibility of the Applicant, and at no point in time, Organiser will be liable for the same.
4. By submitting the application, Applicant permits the Organiser to produce the content before the jury. All the information received from the Applicant shall be kept confidential and shall not be used for any purpose other than for which it has been collected.
5. Applicant understands that mere submission of the Application form does not entitle the Applicant for being shortlisted, and all the steps in the selection process need to be mandatorily completed. On being shortlisted, the Applicant shall remain present for the final award ceremony.
6. Though Organiser will avoid the occurrence of any conflict of interest between the Applicant and the interviewer Jury, but Applicant shall also be responsible to disclose the same in good faith. Organiser reserves the right to recall the Award, in case, if it identifies any conflict of interest in future.
7. Organiser will not be a part of the Jury interview and scores provided by the Jury. The result of the final selection shall be score-based, which shall be given by the Jury and Organiser, ensuring zero participation in scores given by the Jury.
8. Organiser reserves the right to terminate any Application at any time in the event the information provided, including email address and contact number, is no longer current or accurate.
9. Organiser shall have the right to use the submitted information in the form of text, images, audio/video clips in Print, Radio, TV (free-to-air, pay, cable, satellite, direct-to-home), Mobile, Out-of-Home, electronic hyperlink to the website of the winner, Internet or any other Digital medium for promoting or reporting.
10. Winner grants the Organiser a royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use and display their participation in the Awards, and any intellectual property in relation to and arising out of such participation in the Awards and picture and footage thereof, which shall include but not limited to trade publications, press releases, electronic posting to the Website.
11. Applicant agrees that the Organiser may verify the information provided in the application and independently solicit feedback from referees specified in the Application Form by the applicant.
12. Organiser retains the Intellectual Property for the Event, the process, content on the website and other associated materials.
13. Lobbying or canvassing for the Award, in any form or fashion, at any time during the selection process will render the Application for disqualification.
14. Organiser will not reveal, at any stage, the ranking or relative placement of Applicant, or their scores in the selection process.
15. Awardee may amplify/promote receipt of Award subject to compliance with ASCI guidelines & other applicable laws.
16. ET Edge NEXT 100 Awards (and associated process) is an initiative and sole property of the Organiser.
17. Organiser reserves the right to modify, cancel, discontinue or terminate the Award program at any time, or to accept or reject any or all entries at its discretion without giving any prior notice, and without assigning any reasons whatsoever
18. While Organiser will make every reasonable effort to ensure the quality and accuracy of the information posted on the Event website, but assumes no responsibility for, and does not guarantee, the accuracy, currency, completeness or usefulness of information in any material about the Event. Organiser also does not endorse, oppose or edit any opinions, recommendations or predictions posted by the Applicants or other members, except that Organiser may remove or delete if it appears to be potentially unlawful content or if otherwise prohibited under these Terms and Conditions.
19. Any applicant who has won the ET Edge NEXT100 award in the previous years is ineligible to apply for the award again.
20. Decisions of Organiser regarding the Awards eligibility conditions, administration and conduct of the program, rules & regulations, etc., will be final and binding on all the Applicants.
21. All disputes relating to or arising out of the Awards / Applications shall be subject to the laws of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.
22. By submission of Application, the Applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood and are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
