These centers, also known as global in-house centers or captives, are set up by multinational companies to take advantage of India’s skilled workforce, cost-efficiency, and business-friendly environment. GCCs handle a wide range of functions, including IT services, business process outsourcing, research and development, analytics, and finance, seamlessly integrating into India’s economy.
