Anuradha Suvarna is a sustainability and social impact leader with over 14 years of experience designing and scaling programs that create measurable value for communities, businesses, and the environment. As the Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at L’Oréal India, she spearheads the Group’s sustainability program, L’Oréal for the Future, focusing on stewarding the climate transition, safeguarding nature, driving circularity, and supporting communities.

Her career spans high-impact roles across corporate responsibility, including leadership positions at the Mahindra Group—where she headed Nanhi Kali, one of India’s most significant CSR initiatives—alongside key roles with the Cipla Foundation and the Essar Group.

Anuradha holds an MSc in Social and Cultural Psychology from the London School of Economics and an executive education in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, UK.
