Terms & Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to ‘Terms of Use’ and ‘Privacy Policy’ published at https://et-edge.com/policy/, hereinafter collectively known as “Terms”) are electronic record generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
2. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR):
   1. All IPR in all materials produced or distributed by TSSL in connection with this Event are solely owned by it and any unauthorized duplication, publication, and/or distribution is prohibited.
   2. TSSL takes photographs, audio and videos of the Event, which might also reflect your presence. TSSL reserves the right to use this in its promotional materials in print, electronic, TV and other media, TSSL website & social media platforms. Delegate confirms that it has consented to TSSL using his/her video/ picture captured during the Event.
3. Delegate confirms that it has consented to TSSL retaining Delegate’s information on TSSL’s database to be used by TSSL & its group companies and passed to selected 3rd parties, to assist in communicating products and services which may be of interest to Delegate. If Delegate wishes to stop receiving such information, please inform TSSL on delegate@et-edge.com.
4. Delegate passes are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or assigned to another person. If a delegate is unable to attend, the pass cannot be reassigned to another individual.
5. TSSL shall not have any liability, if it is prevented from or delayed in performing its obligations due to happening of any force majeure event. TSSL at its sole discretion:
   • Change the on-ground Event to an online Event and/or
   • May organize a mixed (on-ground and online) Event to ensure all eligible participants attend the Event.
6. TSSL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. TSSL shall not have any liability under this engagement, except as expressly agreed in writing.
7. Notwithstanding anything contained in any other documents, the Terms mentioned herein shall supersede any other agreements/ documents signed between the parties.
8. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of India and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
9. TSSL reserves the right to alter, add or amend any of these Terms.
10. Right to admission of Delegate in the Event shall be subject to Delegate adhering to the law of land and rules and regulations of Event Premises.
